Connecting Your Data
You can connect data sources to Compass in two ways:
During Onboarding
When you first set up Compass, the onboarding flow will guide you through connecting your data warehouse. Simply follow the prompts to select your data source and enter your credentials.
From the Admin UI
After initial setup, you can add additional data sources anytime:
Option 1: From the web
- Go to dagstercompass.com/login (opens in a new tab) and sign in
- Click Add Connection and select your data source type
- Enter your credentials and test the connection
Option 2: From Slack
- In your Compass Slack channel, type
!admin - Click Connection Management to open the Admin UI
- Click Add Connection and select your data source type
- Enter your credentials and test the connection
