Connect to your Gong account to analyze sales conversations, calls, and engagement data.

Setup Instructions

  1. Go to dagstercompass.com/login (opens in a new tab) or type !admin in your Compass Slack channel
  2. Click Add Connection → Gong
  3. Sign in to your Gong account as an admin
  4. Follow the OAuth flow in Compass to authorize access
  5. Select which data you want Compass to analyze
  6. Wait for initial sync to complete

Data Sync

Gong data is synced via Polytomic (opens in a new tab) ETL:

  • Initial sync may take several minutes depending on data volume
  • Incremental updates happen automatically on a schedule
  • Manual refresh available in the Admin UI if needed

Permissions

You must be a Gong admin to authorize the connection. The OAuth flow will request read-only access to:

  • Call data and transcripts
  • User and team information
  • Deal and opportunity data
